【前情概要】
2024年2月7日去鹰潭争辩护权的吴敏的五位家属，傍晚被鹰潭公安抓到信江分局办案点审问到深夜。期间，这帮栽赃陷害都不专业的土帽警察反复逼问五个家属：谁组织你们来的？你们背后一定有高人指点！
以下是信江公安局长对吴敏家属非法审问的内容：
鹰潭信江分局局长（以下简称局长）：你们家都这么猖狂的？
吴敏家属（以下简称家属）：谁说我们家猖狂？你可以自己去调查，如果说我们猖狂，随你怎么处罚我。局长：你就是装疯卖傻，你背后就是有高人指点！家属：我就是一个农村妇女，没文化，哪里有什么人指点我？
局长：你说的话就根本不像没有文化人说的，你们这么猖狂，要把你们都关起来，尤其是吴玉秀，喊话两次，是主谋，立马关她15天。
家属：你为什么要关她？你要关我姐姐，我情愿陪她，我也不会走，你们都害的我们家破人亡，生不如死了，我连死都不怕了，我还怕什么？
局长：是不是张庆方指使的？家属说：根本不是张律师指使的，你们胡说八道。我们发声发帖子很正常啊，你们凭什么不让我们说话？难道我们就盼着我哥哥有错嘛？过年了，难道我去给我哥哥送个水果有错吗？我哥哥的女儿给他上了卡，一两个月了没有见他买任何东西吃，我们担心的，我们来看他身体状况怎么样了，过来问一下，难道不可以吗？我们有错吗？
局长：那是没错。家属：我哥哥都是冤案，没有犯法。
局长：什么叫没有犯法，没有犯法就不会到这里来。
家属：那我们也被你们抓到这里来了，那是不是我也犯了法？
局长：我没有说你犯法了。
家属：如果我没有犯法，你们为什么把我抓到这里来？
局长：你就算没有犯法，我也可以让你犯了法！家属：我们犯了什么法？我们说了什么过分的话了嘛？你不是说去调监控嘛？你调了监控，你听到我骂人了吗？
局长：你没有骂人。
家属：我没有骂人，那我有错吗？局长：我要定你有错，你就有错。
局长：你们就是在那里喊话，就是捣乱，你们扰乱公共秩序，你这么狂，你们还想回家去过年吗？
家属：我们无所谓，我们就在这里过年也可以，我死都不怕，我怕什么？
局长：你们那么胆大，敢从吉安到鹰潭这里来放肆？敢到这里来猖狂？
家属：我怎么就放肆了？不是我家人在鹰潭，我们干嘛要来这里？你就是出钱请我来，我都不会来。
局长：哎呀，我吵也没办法给你吵，讲也讲不清楚，我问你的你一句都不回答
家属：我怎么没回答了，我该说的都说了，你也都调出监控了，还需要我说什么？我还有什么说的？你反反复复就这几个问题，问了我7、8个小时，我回答完了，我实在不想再说了，你们说什么就是什么吧。
局长：你上次喊话也到了吧？
家属：我没到。
局长：你怎么可能没到，都有你的名字。
家属：你调监控了，看到有我吗？
局长：没有，那吴玉秀上次拿了喇叭喊，这次又来，看来就是她组织的。
家属：没有谁组织，我们就是来这里看一下我哥，不行吗？
局长翻来覆去逼问，问不出他想要的结果，就让家属去另外一个房间等着。局长逐一翻看所有家属的手机，看到了吴玉秀在律师组建的群里，然后进一步翻看聊天记录，便开始逼问吴玉秀，恐吓威胁，咆哮和拍桌子审问她，把吴玉秀吓的脸惨白，身体出现了不适，一直在呕吐，实在没办法，叫了5、6个人带去拍CT。在审问吴玉秀的时候，让吴玉秀指出群里谁是谁，反复询问你们来喊话有什么目的？有什么阴谋？指点的你们背后的高人是谁？谁组织你们来这里喊话？还说聊天群里张庆方指使发帖子发给全国人民看，还发信息给那些领导，还怂恿你们骂人。这就是张庆方指使的，一切都是他组织的，你这些都是证据，你的手机我们没收了，作为张庆方组织的证据。
吴玉秀回答：不是张庆方律师指使的，也不是他组织的，我们就是担心我哥哥来看他，不可以吗？他们强迫我们请法院律师，我们还不能骂他们了？
局长：还说不是？群里都是他指使的，是他怂恿家属骂人，组织家属去闹事等，你们这样都是违法的。吴玉秀被逼问了12个小时，看吴玉秀身体状况不行，一直呕吐，就直接拍板说都是张庆方律师指使的，并且恐吓威胁吴玉秀签对不到自己口供的笔录，然而笔录全是他们随意编辑和添加的，把所有事情全部栽赃到张庆方律师头上。
期间，鹰潭局长让鹰潭司法局电话给吉安司法局，吉安司法局又打电话给永丰司法局，然后让一位退休了的家属以前的领导、永丰司法局的局长、永丰公安局的副局长连夜叫到鹰潭公安局来做交接。历经12个小时的恐吓咆哮式审问，家属有的被吓出病来了，有的被吓哭了等。（完）

The Director repeatedly interrogated without getting the answers he sought and then asked the family member to wait in another room. He inspected the mobile phones of all family members and upon finding Wu Yuxiu in a group chat created by the lawyer, he proceeded to interrogate her further, threatening and yelling, slamming the table during the interrogation. Wu Yuxiu was terrified, her face turned pale, she felt unwell and vomited continuously, eventually requiring 5 or 6 people to take her for a CT scan.
During Wu Yuxiu’s interrogation, she was asked to identify who was who in the group chat, repeatedly questioned about their purpose for shouting, any underlying schemes, and who was the influential figure guiding them from behind. Who organized their shouting? It was also said that Zhang Qingfang instructed the posting of messages for the whole country to see, sent messages to those leaders, and incited them to curse others. This was all orchestrated by Zhang Qingfang, and your phone will be confiscated as evidence of his organization.
Wu Yuxiu replied: It wasn’t Lawyer Zhang Qingfang who instructed us, nor was he the organizer. We’re just worried about seeing my brother; isn’t that allowed? They forced us to hire a court lawyer, can’t we curse them?
Director: Still saying it wasn’t? The group chat was all his doing, he incited the family to curse others, organized disturbances, all of which are illegal.
After 12 hours of aggressive interrogation, Wu Yuxiu, looking unwell and continuously vomiting, was coerced into signing a statement that didn’t match her account, with the document arbitrarily edited and added to by them, framing all charges on Lawyer Zhang Qingfang. During this process, the Yingtang Director contacted the Ji’an Judicial Bureau, which in turn contacted the Yongfeng Judicial Bureau, and then had a retired family member’s previous leader, the director of the Yongfeng Judicial Bureau, and the deputy director of the Yongfeng Public Security Bureau called to the Yingtang Public Security Bureau for a handover overnight.
After 12 hours of intimidating and roaring interrogation, some family members became ill, some cried from fear, etc.
